A three-day workshop was held in Cherkasy to share experiences between five regional teams of the Ukrainian Red Cross Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Unit

The workshop provided an opportunity for the teams to enhance their skills in mental health and psychosocial support. Attendees included teams from the Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Poltava, and Sumy regions.

Participants learned about new tools and approaches for working with children and adults. They also had the chance to share their experiences, discuss successful cases, and address challenges encountered in their work.

According to the participants, the experience exchange was a valuable opportunity to refresh their emotional well-being and reduce the risk of burnout. Meeting in a supportive atmosphere, listening to colleagues with similar experiences, and spending time with like-minded individuals proved beneficial for the participants and their continued effective work.
