The Ukrainian Red Cross volunteers continue to provide psychosocial counselling services in the Kirovohrad region

The project aims to help people overcome stress, cope with the consequences of the events related to the war in Ukraine, and get access to quality support. Some people may experience everyday stress, while others have a constant feeling of anxiety. Some families have been forced to leave their homes and are experiencing a crisis related to losses, not only material but also social. Some people are in a state of uncertainty.

In the Kirovohrad region, seven counsellors provide support offline or online. If, after 4-5 consultations, it is determined that additional support is needed, individuals can be referred to a professional psychologist or psychotherapist.

Registration for basic counselling is available via the following link.
