Joint Efforts – Quality Results: The Vinnytsia city branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross held a working meeting with representatives of local authorities and NGOs
The Vinnytsia city branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross initiated a roundtable meeting with 35 representatives from local authorities, NGOs, the United Nations, and social institutions to study the problems of the population in detail and strengthen partnerships. Attendees included colleagues from the Department of Social and Youth Policy of the regional military-civilian administration, the Vinnytsia-Khutor subdivision, the Caritas-Spes-Vinnytsia religious mission, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the Right to Protection Charitable Foundation, the Vinnytsia Region Student Council, the Regional Boarding House for Persons with Disabilities and the Elderly, among others.
The Ukrainian Red Cross team presented the results of its activities for the first half of the year, highlighting key areas for cooperation. During the meeting, participants shared their experiences in implementing similar projects and their observations on the current needs of the population. The colleagues identified the leading strategies and methods for improving communication between organisations to address these needs more promptly and effectively.
