Hygiene supplies and rehabilitation equipment have been delivered to the Zakarpattia region for internally displaced persons supported by the Ukrainian Red Cross social assistants

Specialists from the Home-Based Care programme of the Zakarpattia regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross have made another targeted delivery of hygiene supplies and rehabilitation equipment to internally displaced persons residing in the Chop shelter and within the Chop territorial community. 

This assistance represents a crucial step towards improving living conditions for those facing challenging circumstances. 

The Home-Based Care programme operates in four districts of the Zakarpattia region, covering 30 towns and villages. A team of 29 social assistants provides support to 175 beneficiaries, including 28 people with disabilities. This significant effort ensures that people receive the care and attention they need.
