Experience Exchange Visit: Ukrainian Red Cross and Italian Red Cross

Last week, the Ukrainian Red Cross and the Italian Red Cross conducted a working visit to exchange experiences. The trip included heads of local branches, organisation development and youth development specialists, volunteers, and staff. Participants were divided into two groups: one visited Pisa, and the other visited Rome. They had the opportunity to tour various organisations, communicate with colleagues, learn more about emergency response, attend a summer camp, and share insights on fundraising strategies. 

This exchange aimed to enhance the effectiveness of humanitarian efforts and build international partnerships. Learning from colleagues and garnering support from international partners are crucial steps in the continued development of the Ukrainian Red Cross.
