Kyiv: Assistance at the Site of Destroyed Apartment Building
In the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, a morning attack resulted in the destruction of an apartment building. Currently, three people have been killed, including two children, and eighteen others have been injured.
The Ukrainian Red Cross is providing the necessary assistance at the scene of the strike. Volunteers of emergency response teams of the National Committee of the Ukrainian Red Cross and those of the Zhytomyr and Zakarpattia regions, together with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, participated in the rescue operation, in particular, providing first aid and psychological first aid to the victims.
Additionally, the Shevchenkivskyi district branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross in Kyiv is actively involved at the site, providing the victims and emergency workers with all the necessary assistance, including water, coffee, and food.
The search and rescue operation is ongoing.
