An apartment building in Dnipro was destroyed by fragments from a Russian missile
The emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross in the Dnipro region was the first to arrive at the scene. Volunteers helped free a man trapped in a damaged car and provided him with first aid.
In addition, eight people were evacuated from the damaged building due to the threat of collapse. Volunteers administered first aid to three residents and a first responder from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. So far, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, one person has been reported killed and 12 injured, including one child.
Volunteers set up a mobile heating station where people could charge their gadgets, have a snack, and rest.
The response effort involved ten volunteers and two vehicles.
