Psychologist from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine Trains Volunteers in the Poltava Region

Yulia Faleeva, a psychologist at the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, conducted an express course on “Psycho-emotional support for yourself” for a team of volunteers from the Poltava regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross.

During the training, the psychologist taught volunteers how to care for their emotional well-being and provide support in crisis situations. Volunteers interact daily with many people, each with their own stories and concerns. Listening and helping can lead to emotional exhaustion, making this training valuable for managing fatigue and stress.
