Within a Month, the Ukrainian Red Cross Team in the Brovary District of the Kyiv Region Provided Assistance and Support to 1,410 People
This includes the distribution of humanitarian aid, the provision of clothing bank services, care for lonely elderly people, support for people under the ‘Tuberculosis-free Kyiv Region’ programme, medical consultations in remote locations of the community, conducting psychosocial support activities and first aid training for those who wish to do so, etc. In addition, more than 300 children were educated about the risks of mines and explosive devices.
In addition, 14 households affected by the impact of Russian missile debris in the Brovary district were provided with nearly 1,400 square metres of tarpaulin for temporary roof and window coverings, sleeping kits, hygiene products, blankets, and food packages for the most affected households.
