The Extent and Significance of the Prykhystok Program

The country’s largest rehabilitation center, located in Lviv, Ukraine, has the capacity to accommodate up to 10,000 patients annually. In collaboration with the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany and with support from the German government company GIZ, the Ukrainian Red Cross implemented a project to externally insulate a 7-story building and install an elevator – an essential enhancement for the center’s functioning.
