FROM OCTOBER 2022, CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS OF THE UKRAINIAN RED CROSS SOCIETY WILL START WORKING IN MYKOLAIVSHYN

On September 12-15, 2022, specialists of the National Committee of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society and the International Committee of the Red Cross conducted training for volunteers of the Mykolaiv regional organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society under the program “Safer behavior/increasing awareness of the risks of mines and explosive remnants of war”.
Due to the active hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, it is extremely important to educate the population about the risks posed by mines and other explosive objects, as well as to teach them safer behavior strategies in the event of their detection.

The correct actions of a person in a dangerous situation reduce the risks to life and health, allow you to protect yourself and those around you, and also minimize the negative socio-economic and environmental consequences of exposure to explosive remnants of war.

We would like to remind you that the program “Safer behavior/increasing awareness of the risks of mines and explosive remnants of war” is already being implemented in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Odesa, and Kyiv regions. In the near future, it will be implemented in Mykolaiv Oblast, Lviv Oblast, Sumy Oblast and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
