VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT TRAINING TOOK PLACE IN CHERNIVTSI

27 employees of various centers and volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society from different regions of the country joined the training. All 27 participants, development specialists and volunteers, became volunteer management trainers upon completion of training.

Now they are ready to conduct their own trainings, where they will teach the management of volunteers in the field, in particular:

• how to correctly and effectively assess the needs of the organization/population/etc.,
• plan activities,
• develop tasks according to the appropriate profile for the development of volunteerism at the local level.

Ukrainian Red Cross Society of – it is not only helping others, but also the personal development of each volunteer.
