URCS’s employee is injured

Today in Kyiv, the fragments of a rocket fell on the road in Kurenivka area: one person was killed and six were injured, including Lyubov Osipova, an employee of Ukrainian Red Cross.

At that moment Lyubov handed out meal kits to the citizens on the basis of the Podolsk Humanitarian Headquarters. The blast threw the woman several meters away, injuring her lower limb. Medical care was provided, the condition is stable.

This situation is one of the most serious violations of international humanitarian law, which is classified as a war crime.

Civilians are not a target.
