The Ukrainian Red Cross responds at the site of an overnight strike in Vinnytsia

The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team is working at the site of the attack alongside other emergency services. Volunteers provided first aid to five people, while another five people experiencing acute stress reactions received psychological first aid. The team remains on site, where an assistance point has been set up to provide essential support to emergency responders and those affected, including snacks and hot tea.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, six people were injured after Russian drones struck a five-storey residential building. One person was taken to hospital. The strike damaged the structure between the second and third floors, completely destroying four flats and damaging parked cars. A private care home for older people was also damaged, and 15 residents were evacuated. The fires have been extinguished, and emergency responders continue to clear the rubble.
