Ukrainian Red Cross Veteran Business School Launches Training

Veterans and their family members from Vinnytsia and Mykolaiv regions are starting training at the Ukrainian Red Cross Veteran Business School to gain practical knowledge and skills to start, restart or grow their own businesses. A total of 50 participants will take part in the training: 25 from Vinnytsia region and 25 from Mykolaiv region.

The programme includes practical sessions on the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, financial planning, marketing and sales, as well as mentoring and expert support, individual consultations and business plan development. The knowledge gained will help participants assess the potential of their business ideas, plan their next steps and prepare to put them into practice.

After completing the training, participants will be able to present their business plans for consideration in the next stage of the selection process and have the opportunity to receive grants of up to €3,000 to bring their business ideas to life.

We wish all participants a productive learning experience, new knowledge, inspiration and confidence in their abilities. We hope this experience will help them turn their business ideas into reality and open up new opportunities for professional development.

The Supporting the Reintegration of Veterans in Ukraine programme is implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross with the support of the Danish Red Cross and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. The training component of the programme is delivered by MIM-Kyiv Business School.
