Last week, the Ukrainian Red Cross held a two-day training on volunteer management in Cherkasy. The training aimed to strengthen participants’ skills in working with volunteers and to support the development of strong and effective volunteer teams.

Throughout the training, participants worked with coordination tools, enhanced their practical skills, and explored solutions to help make volunteer engagement more structured and effective.
