Speaker: Yuliia Tsaruk, Chief Operating Officer at UMIND NGO, certified trainer and facilitator at Curly Management Bureau, ICF coach, and expert in strategic development and operational management with 17 years of experience. She specialises in transforming chaos into a clear strategy.
