Тhe Ukrainian Red Cross and the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

The Memorandum establishes a partnership in the areas of humanitarian support and professional development for public servants. It sets out plans for joint educational initiatives, including the development of training programmes, practical manuals, and online courses for civil servants, local government officials, and members of parliament.

The first step will be to create a training programme for public servants covering first aid, psychological first aid, and international humanitarian law.

This represents a significant step towards consolidating efforts to strengthen the public service’s preparedness for today’s challenges. The signing of the Memorandum opens up new opportunities for collaboration with state institutions and will contribute to the effective support of those working in the service of the nation.
