In the Volyn region, training on the digitalisation of Ukrainian Red Cross Home-Based Care services was held

Social helpers from the Volyn regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross have received training in the use of the District Health Information Software 2 (DHIS2) electronic system. This flexible platform for collecting, managing, and analysing data in health and social protection is used in more than 100 countries.

The implementation of this system marks an important step towards the digitalisation of social services. It is expected to significantly enhance the efficiency of data collection, processing, and consolidation, streamline client management processes, and ultimately improve the quality of service delivery. The Ukrainian Red Cross continues to adopt modern tools to better support those who need it most.
