In Brody, the first psychosocial support classes for children began at the new volunteer and youth space ‘Volunteer Land’
Volunteers from the mental health and psychosocial support team of the Zolochiv district branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross organised a creative event for children called ‘Mask’.
During the session, the participants expressed their creativity by painting their own crafts. In doing so, they not only developed their fine motor skills but also their imagination, transforming simple materials into colourful creations that reflected their inner world.
The children also enjoyed playing at the sand table, stimulating their imagination. Meanwhile, dynamic movements and cheerful music created an atmosphere of joy, bringing plenty of positive emotions and smiles.
Such activities are vital as they foster creativity and emotional stability and help children develop a positive mindset.
