21,000 Food Parcels Delivered to Older People in Kherson

In November, Ukrainian Red Cross volunteers distributed food parcels, each weighing more than 13 kg, to people aged 60 and over and those with disabilities. This vital initiative is supported by the World Food Programme.

“We have been providing such assistance in Kherson for almost a year, and we understand how important it is for the locals. Thanks to this support, even during constant shelling, people who are unable to leave their homes receive essential supplies,” the volunteers shared.

These parcels contain not only food, but also a gesture of care that provides strength to vulnerable people during difficult times.
