Creating More Opportunities for Women: The Second Online Training from the Ukrainian Red Cross and UMIND
On 4 December at 19:00, the second online session will take place as part of the Supporting Women’s Economic Empowerment in Ukraine programme. The topic of the session is “Emotional Literacy: How to Recognise and Process Emotions.”
During the event, participants will learn how to understand their own emotions, manage their reactions, and apply emotional literacy in their work, communication and everyday life.
This knowledge will help participants make informed decisions, build healthy relationships and strengthen their personal resilience.
The speaker will be Anastasiia Horbachova — psychologist, trainer and clinical specialist. She works with transactional analysis, combining a scientific approach with a deep understanding of human behaviour. Her professional journey began in 2015 in the ATO zone (the conflict-affected area in eastern Ukraine), where she gained practical experience supporting people experiencing crisis, stress and trauma. She now accompanies individuals through recovery, self-exploration and the development of emotional maturity.
