In Lviv, the training session “Countering Fraud and Corruption: Steps to Integrity” was held for the staff of the Lviv regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross

The participants learned about the fundamental principles of preventing corruption and fraud, the specifics of the Code of Conduct as a foundation for ethical behaviour, the operation of the Integrity Line, conflict of interest risk management, and the basic rules of cyber hygiene and data protection.

The training programme included practical simulation exercises that allowed participants to gain a deeper understanding of real-world challenges and effective ways to address them. Staff from the Risk Management Department facilitated the event, which fostered a professional and interactive atmosphere for discussing complex issues and developing practical solutions.

The event was held with the support of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Ukraine.
