Assistance to Those Affected in Odesa

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, four people were killed in the night attack on Odesa, including a 16-year-old girl. Ten others were injured, and four individuals were rescued from the rubble.

The Odesa emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross worked at the scene alongside first responders from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the National Police. Volunteers provided first aid to five people and psychological first aid to three, and they participated in the joint evacuation of victims. The rescue operations were complicated by repeated air raid alerts and the threat of further attacks.
