The Ukrainian Red Cross provided assistance to people affected by a rocket attack
Recently, the Lyman district was shelled once again. Windows in residents’ apartments were shattered, and rooms suffered partial damage from the blast wave. Volunteers supplied materials to cover the broken windows, which will temporarily close the openings and protect the homes from the bad weather.
The volunteers administered first aid to the injured and provided psychological first aid to those affected. They also registered residents for further assistance from the Ukrainian Red Cross.
Our team is typically among the first to arrive at the scene of an emergency to address the aftermath.
