Odesa: The Ukrainian Red Cross provides assistance to people affected by another strike

The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Odesa region worked at the site of a night-time strike on Odesa alongside other emergency services.

Volunteers assessed the area and damaged buildings to identify people affected by the strike. They provided first aid to injured people and psychological first aid to those experiencing acute stress reactions.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, 17 people, including three children, were affected by the night-time Russian strike on Odesa. Apartments on the 10th to 17th floors of a 21-storey residential building were damaged.
