The Ukrainian Red Cross Community Center in Zaporizhzhia joins efforts to support internally displaced people

A Community Engagement Specialist from the Ukrainian Red Cross Community Center in Zaporizhzhia took part in the roundtable “From Needs Assessment to Solutions: Priorities for Supporting and Integrating IDPs in Zaporizhzhia Region.”

The meeting brought together representatives of government institutions, humanitarian organisations, and communities to discuss the current needs of internally displaced people (IDPs), the challenges of their integration, and opportunities to strengthen support at the regional level.

For the Community Center, this cooperation provides an opportunity to better understand the needs of people and communities and join forces with other organisations to find practical solutions.
