30 Generators to Strengthen the Energy Resilience of Mykolaiv Region
The Ukrainian Red Cross has handed over 30 generators, each with a capacity of 32 kW, to the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration. The equipment will be distributed among municipal institutions, educational facilities, and other critical sites whose stable operation is essential for providing vital services to people.
The Mykolaiv region regularly comes under shelling, and damage to energy infrastructure creates additional challenges for the operation of institutions and the provision of essential services to communities. The generators will provide backup power and help keep critical facilities running during power outages.
The equipment was handed over as part of cooperation between the Ukrainian Red Cross and the EU Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM).
We thank our international partners for supporting Ukrainian communities and helping strengthen their resilience.
Together, we help communities maintain vital services and ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical facilities even during wartime.
