Over 1,100 people have completed vocational training through the Reboot programme since the beginning of the year

Since the beginning of 2026, more than 1,100 people have completed vocational training through the Ukrainian Red Cross’s Reboot programme. They have trained for new professions, improved their existing skills, and gained knowledge to help them find employment or develop their own businesses.

The training covered a wide range of fields, from practical trades to digital technologies. Participants completed courses in cooking, vehicle repair, welding, garment making, hairdressing, cosmetology, floristry, grooming, massage, and nail care.

For those planning to develop their own businesses or work with modern technologies, courses were also available in entrepreneurship, accounting, logistics, and HR management. Other areas included English, Python programming, 3D modelling and printing, and the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace.

Vocational training is part of the comprehensive support provided to programme participants. Before choosing a course, they receive individual consultations with career advisers, which help them assess their skills and identify their next steps. Programme specialists also provide assistance with preparing CVs, searching for jobs, preparing for interviews, and using online employment platforms.
