Promoting Blood Donation: Awareness Event Held in Chortkiv

To mark World Blood Donor Day, volunteers and staff of the Chortkiv district branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross in the Ternopil region organised an awareness-raising event for local residents to promote blood donation.

First aid instructors from the Ternopil regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross also joined the event and conducted a free training session for anyone interested.

Consultants and volunteers spoke about the importance of blood donation and explained the requirements for becoming a blood donor, highlighting how donated blood helps save the lives of people in need of urgent medical care.

We thank everyone who takes an interest in blood donation and seeks to learn more about this life-saving cause.
