Choose Your Own Learning: How Course Funding Works in Reboot
Within the Reboot programme, participants can access funding for training (Cash Condition), which operates on the “money follows a participant” principle. Participants choose an accredited educational institution and a course that aligns with their professional goals. Tuition costs (up to 30,000 UAH) are reimbursed upon successful completion, provided that supporting documents are submitted.
This opportunity was taken up by participants who completed a certified educational programme at Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University. The programme focused on post-war adaptation for veterans and their families, combining theory with hands-on recovery techniques.
Participants took part in activities in the botanical garden, garden therapy, planting, outdoor excursions, horse-assisted therapy, clay therapy practices, resilience and professional communication training, as well as working sessions with specialists from veteran centres.
They will apply the knowledge gained to help veterans adapt, recover, and build resilience.
You can join the programme now by contacting the service centre in your region. All contact details are available on the Ukrainian Red Cross website.
