In the Lviv region, the Ukrainian Red Cross has delivered 55 sets of firefighting equipment to volunteer fire brigades

As part of efforts to strengthen the capacity of volunteer fire brigades in the Lviv region, the Ukrainian Red Cross handed over 55 sets of firefighting equipment.

The equipment is designed to enhance the safety of volunteers while extinguishing fires and responding to emergencies, reduce risks to their lives and health, and enable more effective responses to community challenges.

Equipping volunteer fire brigades with modern and reliable gear is a key part of the civil protection system, directly supporting public safety, and is backed by the Ukrainian Red Cross.

This initiative was made possible with the support of the Belgian Red Cross and German Red Cross, which have consistently helped to strengthen the material and technical capacity of fire brigades.
