Free Educational Programme on Women’s Professional Skills Development Launched
On 25 November, the first online training, “Leadership and Social Responsibility in Business: The Art of Partnerships,” took place as part of the Supporting Women’s Economic Empowerment in Ukraine programme.
More than 100 women joined the session. Participants gained practical tools for developing leadership, building effective partnerships, and implementing social responsibility in business.
Attendees highlighted that the event explored different forms of leadership, inspired them to realise their ideas, and showed that the world is full of new opportunities.
“During the lecture, I felt supported and confident that I am moving in the right direction,” said participant Anna Bila.
“RED HUB is a space of opportunities for everyone who wants to develop their ideas and strengthen their business. We create a supportive environment where people can access knowledge, mentorship, and tools for professional and personal growth. Our goal is to help individuals and communities become more resilient and implement innovative solutions,” said Yuliia Tsesarenko, specialist in micro- and small-business support at RED HUB.
“The collaboration between UMIND NGO and the Ukrainian Red Cross is extremely important, as it focuses on the development of Ukrainian women — those who strive to work, succeed, pay taxes, develop communities, and take on social responsibility. Ukrainian women already set an example of leadership, especially during the war. We are glad to continue educational lectures and take part in Ukrainian Red Cross projects to improve our lives and the lives of others. The future of Ukraine is in the hands of Ukrainian women leaders,” emphasised Olena Levandovska, speaker at the event.
The events are part of the Supporting Women’s Economic Empowerment in Ukraine programme, implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross in partnership with the Austrian Red Cross, with support from NACHBAR IN NOT and the Austrian Development Agency, and organised with the technical assistance of UMIND NGO.
