How exactly the Red Cross is helping communities cope and recover is the focus of a special project by Ukrainska Pravda
From the first hours of the full-scale invasion and to this day, the Ukrainian Red Cross team has remained wherever people are facing the greatest hardship: saving lives, evacuating those at risk, providing support and helping communities rebuild. At the same time, we work to strengthen communities — making them more resilient, better prepared, and able to cope with crises and recover.

It now includes long-term work with communities, support for critical infrastructure, rehabilitation, psychosocial support, and creating opportunities for people who have lost almost everything.
