Training in Lviv Brings Together Ukrainian Red Cross Social Enterprise Teams within the REDpreneurUA Programme
On 15–16 October, a two-day training was held in Lviv for representatives of local and regional branches of the Ukrainian Red Cross who are developing their own social enterprises. The event was organised as part of the REDpreneurUA programme, implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross in partnership with the Austrian Red Cross, with support from the Austrian foundation Neighbour in Need.
The training focused on building practical skills in customer loyalty management and financial sustainability for social enterprises. Participants explored modern approaches to sales organisation and product presentation within a social enterprise context — including how to attract the attention of potential customers, spark interest in their offering, communicate the value of their product or service, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
The final part of the training featured team presentations under the theme “From Idea to Action: Our Leap of Faith in the REDpreneurUA Project”. Representatives from across the country shared the progress of launching their own social enterprises, highlighting their achievements, the challenges faced, and the lessons learned along the way.
The training marked another step in strengthening the social enterprise ecosystem within the Ukrainian Red Cross, contributing to the organisations’ capacity to create positive social impact in their communities.
