Helping Restore a Children’s Rehabilitation Centre in Dnipro

The Medical and Social Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Severe Speech and Neurological Disorders in Dnipro is one of the facilities located in an area frequently targeted by shelling and has sustained significant damage as a result.

Thanks to the efforts of the Luxembourg Red Cross and the Ukrainian Red Cross, the windows, doors, and connecting corridors have been restored, enabling the Centre to resume its operations.

“The support from the Red Cross is incredibly important. It is an investment in the future — a very distant future. Thank you for your significant contribution to the development of children’s rehabilitation in our country,” says Nestani Mekhatishvili, the Centre’s director.
