42 Visits: First Results from Ukrainian Red Cross Rehabilitation Space in Zhydachiv

Since the space opened, specialists from the mobile rehabilitation units of the Lviv regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross have been providing daily support to those in need on their path to recovery. They carry out individual physiotherapy sessions and offer tailored support to everyone requiring rehabilitation services due to the impact of war, injuries, trauma, or illness.

In its very first month of operation, the space hosted 42 visits. Each visit is more than just an appointment — it’s a meaningful step towards recovery and reintegration into an active social life.

The space has been set up according to principles of inclusivity: it features a ramp, an adapted bathroom, and modern equipment that enables more effective and high-quality sessions. This ensures that people receive not only the care they need, but also a comfortable and supportive environment for recovery.
