The Ukrainian Red Cross supports the establishment of a rehabilitation space in the Khmelnytskyi region

As part of its community-based rehabilitation activities, the Khmelnytskyi regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross is supporting the establishment of a rehabilitation space in the village of Stara Ushytsia, Kamianets-Podilskyi district. This centre will provide essential rehabilitation services to residents who live far from specialised medical facilities.

In cooperation with the local community administration and with the support of the Norwegian Red Cross, the premises have been renovated to meet accessibility and barrier-free standards.

Specifically, a ramp has been built, a bathroom and shower have been adapted, and air conditioning has been installed. Additionally, we are currently purchasing specialised equipment to ensure effective rehabilitation services in the new space.
