In Kosiv, mobile health units of the Ukrainian Red Cross provided services on the occasion of World Health Day

A mobile health unit of the Ukrainian Red Cross operated at the Kosiv City Council’s House of Culture and Leisure as part of its regular on-site health days in the communities of the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The team examined and provided assistance to internally displaced persons, offering free consultations from specialists, including family doctors and therapists. The team conducted various health checks, such as blood pressure and blood sugar measurements, and assessed general health.

An information campaign was also held to promote physical and mental health during the war. Special attention was given to disease prevention and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Experts emphasised the importance of regular medical check-ups and following doctors’ recommendations. The event was supported by the Kosiv City Council.
