Raising awareness of evidence-based rehabilitation in the Lviv region

The Ukrainian Red Cross mobile rehabilitation units, with the support of the Government of Japan, are actively working to raise awareness of evidence-based rehabilitation in the Lviv region

Since July 2024, the team of mobile rehabilitation units has conducted over 50 training sessions in the Lviv region, covering important topics such as:

patient care,
rehabilitation aids,
positioning and transfer of patients.

In total, more than 700 people have attended the training sessions, including medical and social care professionals. Additionally, training is being provided for community residents, including relatives and guardians of those in need of rehabilitation, as well as students.
