Kharkiv: Assistance Following the Attack on the City (3 November 2024)
On the night of 3 November, Russian troops once again conducted an air strike on Kharkiv.
The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Kharkiv region was working at the site of the attack. Together with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the volunteers searched the area and the apartments to locate victims, provided first aid, and assisted in evacuating the residents of the damaged building. Volunteers from the psychosocial support unit offered psychological first aid to those affected.
According to the National Police of Ukraine, 14 people have been injured in the attack.
