In the Rivne region, volunteers help organise blood drives in remote communities

The emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross, in collaboration with the Rivne Regional Blood Service Centre, has organised a blood drive in the field.

The mobile blood collection unit can be deployed in villages and towns of different types and under different weather conditions. This makes it possible to organise blood drives anywhere, attracting more people. The primary goal is to promote blood donation and ensure that the blood service centre maintains an adequate supply of donated blood. This time, over 20 people donated blood.
