In the Poltava region, volunteers transported 12 people to shelters

The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Poltava region, at the request of the state administration, transported 12 internally displaced persons to more comfortable, safe, and warm living conditions. These individuals fled the shelling and sought refuge in the region.

“We want everyone who was forced to leave their homes due to hostilities to be able to live in comfortable and safe conditions. These people are experiencing incredibly difficult times, and our task is to do everything we can to support them during this challenging period,” stated the Poltava regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross on its social media page. “The cold season brings its own risks, so we are working hard to ensure that everyone feels warm and cared for, even when they are away from their homes.”

We stand by those in need!
