Volunteer Management Training Held in the Volyn Region

For two days, volunteers from regional, city, district, and city-district branches of the Ukrainian Red Cross in the Volyn region actively participated in Volunteer Management training.

During the sessions, participants discussed the nature of volunteering, the cycles of volunteer management, and the role of volunteers in project implementation. An important focus was on the motivation, support, and recognition of volunteers within the organisation, as well as their personal development and opportunities for growth.

Volunteers are the driving force of the organisation, and engaging young people in social change and development is crucial for the country’s sustainable progress.
