The Work of the Ukrainian Red Cross Mobile Health Unit in the Kryvyi Rih District, Dnipro Region

A mobile health unit of the Ukrainian Red Cross conducts visits to remote villages and towns in the Kryvyi Rih district of the Dnipro region to provide essential medical care.

The unit’s doctors carry out initial examinations, measure blood pressure and blood sugar levels, offer consultations on general health, and provide recommendations for treating and preventing diseases. Additionally, special attention is given to providing psychosocial support to help reduce stress and improve the quality of life for people in challenging circumstances.

Recently, the mobile health unit provided medical assistance to residents of Chervoni Pody village in the Kryvyi Rih district. The villagers received the care they needed at home without spending time and money travelling to medical facilities.

We stand by those in need!
