In Bukovyna, the emergency response team transported a woman to hospital after she suffered a stroke

Some situations require a particularly delicate approach, and this was one of those cases. Specialists from the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Chernivtsi region transported a woman who was unable to move independently after suffering a stroke. She was taken from her home to a medical facility and back along the route: Chernivtsi – Putyla – Kosiv – Putyla – Chernivtsi.

The regional emergency response team provides transportation for individuals with limited mobility within the city, across the region (including inaccessible mountainous areas), and between different regions of Ukraine. This service is crucial for vulnerable populations who lack the means to pay for their own transportation but need to be examined or treated at medical facilities.
