Psychosocial support events are held in Brovary
Paying attention to psychological well-being and mental health during military operations is extremely important. Many individuals experience exhaustion, devastation, fatigue, anxiety, and panic. At psychosocial support events, volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross employ helpful exercises to assist people in managing their emotions during critical situations. They also discuss ways to support loved ones and maintain a healthy mental state in challenging circumstances.
Through creative activities, participants can feel safe and share their emotions and experiences.
