Assistance to Those Affected by Shelling in the Kherson Region

Kherson region. Areas in the region are subjected to daily shelling. For instance, the day before, Russian troops attacked towns and villages in the Kherson and Beryslav districts using various types of weapons. As a result, 82 infrastructure facilities were damaged, according to the National Police of Ukraine.

The Kherson emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross was the first to arrive at the scene of one of the attacks. Volunteers provided psychological first aid to three victims and conducted door-to-door visits at two homes to identify individuals in need of assistance.
