Humanitarian aid was delivered to vulnerable populations in frontline Mykolaivka

Mykolaivka and the surrounding villages in eastern Ukraine, like many towns near the contact line, have endured the severe effects of war. This area has faced significant hardship, destruction, and painful losses. Many families have lost their homes and possessions, and, most importantly, their sense of security and stability.

Entire families, including children and the elderly, have been forced to flee their homes in search of refuge in safer regions.

Unfortunately, Mykolaivka has long been without basic resources such as electricity, water, and gas, with interruptions becoming increasingly frequent.

The Podil district branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross in Kyiv, in cooperation with NOVUS and Food for Ukraine, has delivered food parcels to vulnerable populations in frontline Mykolaivka.
