Monitoring Visit to the Dykanka Community

The Ukrainian Red Cross is committed to assisting vulnerable populations and strengthening societal capacity to prevent and address humanitarian and social crises. 

With this objective, delegates from the Canadian Red Cross and representatives from the Poltava regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross conducted a monitoring visit to the Dykanka community. 

During the visit, the team from the Dykanka district branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross showcased the organisation’s achievements, its collaboration with the community and its structural units, as well as its implemented grants and projects. They also discussed various areas of activity. 

In a joint discussion, the team identified the community’s needs to prevent challenging situations. By addressing these needs, our district branch contributes to fulfilling the mandate of the Ukrainian Red Cross.
